We practice mostly Immigration law representing individuals and companies of all sizes to obtain the proper visa to travel, work and/or reside in the United States both, temporarily and permanently. We have over 50 years combined experience helping people in this field.

We provide representation and help for those seeking to live, work, and/or reside in the United States with their family members including work permits, green cards, various work visas, PERM and other work related matters.

David Bloomfield for many years has been rated in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers and has an AV Rating by Martindale Hubbel.
He has taught Immigration Law at Capital University; adjunct teacher having won Adjunct professor of the year four times. He also taught Immigration Law for 20 years at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He has lectured on Immigration Law to local state and national bar associations and written articles including in law journals on immigration matters. He has been awarded the Public Service Award from EOIR presented by Janet Reno Attorney General of the United States.
Orsolya Hamar-Hilt joined the firm over a year ago with a background in law. She has a J.D. from her home country, Hungary where she has practiced in the past. She also has a Masters of Law in the U.S. She has written articles in the local bar paper and lectured on immigration matters.
