Criteria for Naturalization:

1. Must be a lawful permanent resident for 3 or 5 years
2. Must be 18 years old or older
3. Must meet continuous residence and physical presence requirements
4. Must have resided 3 months in the state where the application is filed
5. Must meet the good moral character requirements
6. Must demonstrate knowledge of English and U.S. History
